Indian Lake Bistro, American Latin Fusion

What can I say about the Bistro, outside I really like it here. The food is good the atmosphere is welcoming the service is professional. The Bistro is by the private lake it's a nice looking lake. I wish I could fish it. Okay enough of that on to the food. Steak and eggs is ordered by me bacon eggs and French toast is ordered by my Wife. Both plates comes out the food looks enticing steak is medium rare cooked perfect the eggs over easy rice black beans an avocado. This isn't our first time we are not regulars but we are fans.

One of my favorite places for breakfast and lunch. Delicious fresh foot! Great service and attention to customers. Highly recommend coming here.

This is the little bistro that truly shines! The food is expertly prepared, and you can really taste the care that goes into each dish. For me, the chicken wings are the standout item on the menu, but there are many other dishes that are equally worth trying. It’s definitely a charming mom-and-pop spot to enjoy a meal and spend your money. The only downside is that it doesn’t stay open late, so dining after 8 PM isn’t really an option.

Really nice owner operators. Clean. Convenient if you live in Indian Lake. Good food. Some unique offerings. The best fresh OJ.
