Santora's Pizza And Catering - Depew

I have never been able to reach anyone who answers the phone promptly. They never call back and have inconvenient hours. I am giving one star based on my personal experience. I waited for several minutes before someone finally came from the back to take my order. The service was not up to par and I did not enjoy the meal.

The restaurant consistently messes up on larger orders, as if they can't hear or remember what customers ask for.

I have been to this restaurant three times before writing this review, and each time my burger was made incorrectly. The first time, I received a completely different burger than the one I ordered, and the other two times, half of the ingredients were missing. Today, I finally received the missing ingredients, but I had to assemble my own burger in a DIY style. If I wanted to make my own burger, I wouldn't have gone to a restaurant. There was a lack of attention to detail, which was frustrating.

The pizza was delicious and the service was amazing. I came here with some friends and we had the best pizza crust ever!

Mess up order 50% of the time and every time you go to pick up your food, it's not ready yet and you sit and wait another 15-20 minutes after waiting 45minutes at home.
