Chili's Grill - Deptford

My family and I went to celebrate my 14-year-old son's birthday dinner. We encountered some difficulty finding a restaurant that could accommodate our group of 7 adults and 3 children, but after a short wait, the staff were able to put two tables together for us. Once seated, we had a fantastic time! Our waitress was friendly and attentive, the drinks were delicious, and the staff even sang happy birthday to my stepson. Overall, it was a wonderful evening, with great food to top it off.

This was the worst dining experience I've ever had. It took an hour and I never received the food I had ordered. Additionally, the waiting staff need to be retrained to better interact with customers, as this is a crucial part of their job. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Whenever I visit this restaurant, I always have a good experience. However, when Mia is working, it takes it to a whole other level. She is always cheerful and brings such a positive and energetic vibe to the place. I have seen her interact with customers and she is just so enthusiastic and bubbly. She goes above and beyond. I used to manage a restaurant myself and I wish I had someone like her on my team. I absolutely love her.

That we first knew our table and was very friendly. the food was good. service was good. lunch special will let us come back!

I guess this chilli's only serves a specific type of clientel. We didn't feel welcome from the moment we walked in.I went here with my family and had a horrible experience. We waited in the car for half an hour and when we were finally able to sit no one came to our table. We saw another group sit and immediately a waiter took care of them but we sat holding our babies. After a while after making eye contact with a waiter she finally came over our table and asked how we were. I told her that we were about to leave. We could see the waiters standing around while we sat waiting. When Iwe told her that we were waiting for highchairs and why were we waiting when the other people next to us just sit down and got service.She told me that we just got seated. I corrected her, no we were here first She took off and came back with one highchair. If she asked we could have told hercthat we needed two highchairs. W decided to leave and she rushed away the same way she came.
