Top Chef - Derby

I have been a regular at this restaurant for years, but the food I ordered for delivery tonight was not up to the usual standard. The chips were hard, the curry sauce was thick, and everything was lukewarm. Overall, very disappointing and not enjoyable.

The food and service have significantly declined in the past few months. It is currently terrible - even the fries are undercooked!

Just ordered 3 meals for the family. The price came £27.70, on closer inspection and looking at the menu we priced it at £24.70. We rang back and asked them to give us the latest menu, so we could ensure the price was right. The latest menu came and the curries had been hand changed to state an additional £1.50 for rice or chips, instead of the stated £0.50. While not a big increase, basically Kim (not the owner) is pocketing the difference! Not the first time but caught out in the shop! Lovely meal, but feel totally ripped off and now looking elsewhere for future orders. Check what you are paying for, before you part with your money.

We always have a curry with chips and sesame prawn toast.i ordered my usual 2 chicken curry 1 portion of chips prawn toast.meal came no chips curry cold so phoned complained brought chips eventually but had eaten curry chips weren't that nice after paying nearly 18 pounds wont be in a rush to have again after being a good customer very dissappointed

Ordered over the phone for collection only, pre-arranged time, wait at the door and pay cash, quick service from Top Chef, plenty of tasty food, one full happy evening meal later will be ordering again over lockdown.
