Wendy's - Derby

The woman working the drive thru this afternoon (9/19 12:30ish) was incredibly rude. Rushed me my entire order. When there was no straw in the bag, I asked for one, and she forced it into my hand saying, “Check the bag next time.” and slammed the window. Every time I come to this location, the service is awful. Wendy’s is not worth ruining your mood. Glad to see it’s not just me and other reviews are similar. Won’t be back.

Well, the photos describe it all. I ordered here a couple of days ago, took the food home, and as soon as I took the first bite, a long hair inbeded in the meat patty. Needless to say I threw up a couple of times that night and the following day. I don't think I'll be coming to this location or any Wendy's for the foreseeable future. If this is the level of hygiene that they aspire too, I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Best to stay away from here.

This place has gone downhill literally. They are very slow service. And always messing up your order. Then the manager grabs my fries from another employee with his fingers touching the inside of my fries. To top it off fries were old! After he touches the register and everything else. So disgusting and unsanitary.

We ordered through the drive-thru after our daughter’s track meet. The drive-thru was incredibly slow to begin with and they didn’t have several items that were advertised on the menu. After driving away, we found that the baked potato we ordered was not included in the bags. Later that evening, I contacted the store through their complaint form and never received a follow-up. I realize that mistakes happen in food service, but lack of follow-up to a complaint is a sign of a poorly run franchise. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Sadly fries always room temperature... Perhaps it's the the times i go in... But Wendy's shouldn't advertise hot fries... Also nuggets cold.... Sandwiches good though... Customer service is as cold as the fries...
