Dermott Barbecue and Sandwich

The food left a lot to be desired and so did the service. The prices were extremely high considering the food wasn't worth eating.

Best ,BBQ,FISH and BURGERS, anywhere around in the county or state. Best family own and Best place to go . Where they make you feel like home. With nice hospitality and lots of good food.

The catfish plate w/cajun fries is my favorite selection for my weekly Dermott Rotary Club lunch. The farm raised catfish is always cooked to perfection. In those rare instances that I choose another menu selection, my choice is the grilled chicken salad with an extra boiled egg. The personnel are always eager to add the extra request with a cheerful smile that is reflected in the phone conversation.

Very good food. Two in our party had the catfish it was cooked well not greasy. Slaw was great! Portions are very generous. One person had hamburger steak served with onion gravy. Huge portion very flavorful. One person had fried shrimp same as above. Appetizers of fried dill pickles fried green tomatoes. Very good food. Not a healthy meal but we certainly enjoyed it.

I was pleasantly surprised. A friend told me about this place. It's hidden in the City of Dermott. The staff was great. I loved the cheeseburger I had. I noticed that everything is reasonable priced. Don't let the location scare you. Everyone that was there seemed to be regulars who enjoyed what they had ordered.
