Bidra med feedbackNo donuts? It’s 1 PM on a Saturday and this place has no donuts. What kind of management allows this to happen? I don’t visit this business often, and after this experience, I certainly won’t be back.
If you use the drive-thru, you’ll definitely get your order faster, especially since this location seems to be one of the busiest fast food spots in the city. However, when we went inside, we noticed at least three employees doing nothing but eating donuts and dancing, completely distracting the two workers at the counter. It took an absurd amount of time to get an iced coffee. The girl at the window seemed more focused on her coworkers' antics than on serving customers. Overall, customer service was terrible, but at least the coffee turned out to be correct.
Serious customer service! I paid for my donut and the hired took my card swiped there was it back to me, he didn't say, thank nothing, and then turned around, looked at me and went away. I will never go back to this place again, this is like the fifth time terrible customer service I had.
The people who work here are always helpful and quick with orders. If I've ever had a problem they do the best to accommodate for it. The staff is friendly and it's one of the better locations around Des Moines.
I've visited this donut shop three times in a week and a half, and each time they claimed they had no donuts available before 11:30 AM. This is unacceptable! You're a donut shop, so there's no reason you should run out so early unless you're only making a very limited quantity of each kind. I won't be ordering from here again.
