Mi Lindo Mexico Taco Truck - Des Moines

I would highly recommend the tacos! The quesadilla was decent, but not exceptional. It had a different take on the ingredients compared to most places, so I can't fully recommend it. However, I wouldn't say to steer clear of it either. I would definitely return if I'm in the area again!

I ordered a chicken quesadilla, and it was incredibly bland. It had no flavor at all, and even the salsa couldn't redeem it. The tortilla was hardly browned and was still soft and soggy.

I ended up with an upset stomach after dining there. I asked my coworkers if they had ever eaten there, and they all reported the same experience too.

I stopped to pick up dinner for myself and four of my team members working late tonight. They had the food hot and ready very fast and it was delicious! If you are ever in the area I would definitely recommend!

I would definitely recommend the tacos—they were fantastic! The quesadilla was just okay, but nothing to write home about. The menu features some unique local ingredients, which is a nice change, but some dishes didn’t quite hit the mark. Overall, I’d say there are better options to choose from, but I would absolutely go back if given the chance!
