Cold food, lady reneged on my order to get the refund. I SPECIFICALLY TOLD HER ON THE WEBSITE THE COUPONS ARE OLD AND WANTED TO KNOW IF THE PRICE WAA STILL VALID.. SHE SAID SHE WIL CHARGE ME $28 EVEN, BUT TO JUST BRING IN THE COUPN AND CARD AND SHE WILL REFUND ME THE DIFFERENCE....SO UPON ARRIVING EVERYTHING CHANGED LIKE "OH NO IM NOT DOING IT ETC ETC, BUT OVER THE PHONE IT WAS DIFFERENT.... SO IS THE ORIVE REALLY 28??? BECAUSE HER MOUTH SAID "WELL IMMA JUST HAVE TO CHARGE YOU 28.00 EVEN. I WILP NOT BE COMING BACK HERE ANY MORE PLUS MY PIZZA WAS COLD AND THE CINNAMON STICKS WERE HARD AND DRY. IT WAS AS DRY AS POPEYE 'S CHICKEN !!! I 'M NOT PLEASED AND THIS IS UNEXPECTABLE. SHE WAS IN THE KITCHEM IM PRETTY SURE SHE 'S A COOK SHE BETTER BE LUCKY I DIDN 'T ASK FOR HER NAME BECAUSE I WOULD DEFINITELY EXPLORT her FOR HER LIES and HORRIBLE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. Oh YEAH and parking Sucks here little small, little tiny little lot.Update her name is Joy

Idc what anyone says, “PAUL REVERES” is and always will be the best pizza in Des Moines. The bread sticks are MMM, ? delicious!!!! This place will always get my money!

This place is really starting to go down hill. Called and placed a pick up order for a wedgie. Asked for extra cheese and sauce in it. Oh boy I got extra sauce and absolutely no cheese. Talk about a mess. I had to add my own cheese to it just so I could even eat it. Honestly by the time I was done doing all of that. I wasn't even in the mood to try and eat the thing. I don't understand what was so hard about putting cheese in it from the get go. So beware check your order so you can make sure that you get everything you ask for. I doubt I'll be back after this, just like many other places I stopped eating at since covid. I swear people have become less intelligent and much more lazy since then. I miss the good old days when people actually did their jobs, and people actually showed up to their jobs.

Ordered 3 wedgies. Got them home and they were amazing. Full of ingredients and extra cheese as ordered. Hats off to the team.......

You pay a lot for what you get and you have to wait for the food and by time you get it, it's soggy and all you get is huge chunks of onions and it's not like it used to be and I don't suggest you don't waist your time and money because they are too greedy to put the toppings on the pizza so you can taste the pizza like they used to and the owners are from another country and they are not Italian and it's a Italian restaurant that you don't get to see the old school Paul Revere's Pizza and the Wedgie that everyone used to love.:
