I have to drop another star off this Red Robin! Slow service burnt sweet potato fries also the chicken was over cooked, chewy rubber. Get it together Des Moines Red Robin!
Needed better service..never came back to our table for any refills- fries or drink. We were 1st ones in restaurant for Sunday lunch service was lacking Des Moines location.
We tried to get seated. The guy who came in after us tried to be seated. 2 people walked in and were seated ahead of us. We left. What a joke. This is the second time. This place needs a revamp in staff stat!!!!
