What a perfect dinner oysters were on the small side, but delicious. Had the Slash tune that was phenomenal. Perfect wine recommendations for our meal. Pleasant staff. Wife has seabass best ever.

Celebrate our 6 years anniversary and was absolutely blown away! Everything was perfect! Food was amazing! Service was absolutely top notch! Stephanie took care of us and she was the sweetest person If your downtown Des Moines don't miss the chance to stop!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and had a wonderful experience. My husband, who usually doesn't like seafood, was pleasantly surprised by the generous portions of the pasta dishes. I was impressed by the large size of the shrimp I ordered, and they were delicious. Our waitress provided excellent recommendations and was understanding when we were a bit indecisive, since it was our first time dining at the restaurant. Although it is on the pricier side, the portion sizes are decent. We were able to secure a last-minute reservation for a specific table, which was honored without any issues. Our waitress even inquired about our plans for the evening to ensure our meal was timed perfectly. I found this to be very considerate.

I recently returned from a 6-week homeopathic cancer treatment and was craving crab legs. My husband suggested we go to a restaurant as soon as we left the airport. We had never heard of Splash before, even though we live about an hour away. The reviews were great, so we decided to give it a try. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty. I was feeling tired and worn out from a long day of traveling, but our waitress was wonderful and the food was fantastic. My husband, who is a big fan of oysters, said they were some of the best he's ever had. The shrimp plate he ordered was huge, and my Royal Crab legs were some of the best I've ever tasted. Despite being exhausted, I usually can eat a lot of crab legs, but this time I had to take some home. We ended our meal by sharing a delicious cream broth with fresh strawberries. Even though we were already full from the crab legs and shrimp, it was too good to pass up. And to top it off, I even got a free massage with my meal. This was our first visit to Splash, but it definitely won't be our last!

AMAZING! I scheduled an anniversary dinner and contacted Adam at Splash to make additional arrangements for our table. He executed on my personalized requests, and went over and above with personalized menus and plating when our meals arrived. Top notch all the way around. Thank you Adam, for helping ensure a memorable evening. This is the best restaurant experience I’ve ever had. We will definitely be coming back!!
