The door getting locked between customers was ridiculous and then snapping on other customers because they opened the door for other customers attempting to come in was donewith such disrespect. The attitude from to women running the counter was disgraceful. The wait was half an hour with 2 people infront of me but we had 3 kids to feed that had already been waiting so we weren?t going to give up waiting to waste the timedriving somewhere else and waiting for food yet again. The tables and floors weren?t even clean. While one of the customers wasordering the women running the counter held up her hand saying, ?uh-uh, hold up I?m busy and doing something else rightnow.? Then when another customer was asked what they wanted they repeated ?number 3,? the women behind the counter had raisedher voice in an over exaggerated manner saying, ?I KNOW YOU WANT THE NUMBER 3- WHAT KIND OF BREAD DO YOU WANT?? After thatanother couple of customers came to the door that was locked and a customer with headphones popped the door open for them andshe yelled at the customer for doing so and said she wasn?t going to serve him since he did that. I never got a receipt or Iwould have the time stamp on what time I was there but I believe it was about 5pm ish. You get very little meat and she crumbledthe bread so much that the bread barely held together when my kids were trying to eat it. She didn?t even wrap the sandwichesright so one of the sandwiches slid out onto the floor when my kid sat down to eat it. Waste of money! I went across the streetright after to Custards who has WAY better customer service. This lady should go there to learn customer service skills and takenotes!!!
This particular location, where should I begin? They 2 female 'sandwich artists ' didn 't care about what the were preparing or about anyone going through. Next the quality of ingredients, we 'll liquids coming from where solids do in the human body isnever good, I can testify that I was not the only one subjected to this, regardless of sandwich type. Makes me rethink going tosubway ever again.
You really can't go wrong with a Subway Club. I'm thrilled the beef is back on the menu! The service is always fantastic too.
My sandwich was tasty, and the service was great, but they really skimped on the toppings. They didn’t even seem that busy, yet they rushed through adding them. I also noticed that the prices have increased significantly. Basic subs that used to be on the $5 footlong menu a few years ago are now priced at $9 to $10. I understand that costs have gone up, but still...
I placed an online order and when I arrived, the staff member was outside smoking a cigarette and hadn’t prepared our food, despite us waiting for 20 minutes. After that, it took another 15 minutes for her and another employee to finally make the two subs. This is just unacceptable!
