Carl's Jr. - Desert Hot Springs

I recently visited the drive-thru and ordered a 5-piece chicken strip meal with BBQ sauce and Ranch for dipping. I specifically requested for the sauce when placing my order at the speaker box. Unfortunately, my order was missing the sauce, leaving me disappointed as I spent $7.59 on chicken strips that I couldn't enjoy with dipping sauce. This location is not up to par and I had a negative experience.

Used the drive thru, easy to understand, freindly staff, order was hot and correct, can't comment on inside or bathroom, plenty of parking and didn't look very busy, easy access

The quality for price value is seriously lacking. 12.99 for a 4 piece chicken tender meal. I can get more chicken from a 6 piece McNugget at McDonald's these strips are so pathetic! Guy that takes order and usually runs drive threw is dam good at his jobthough! 5 stars for him only!

I usually enjoy eating at Carl's, but I think I made a mistake with my order this time. I'm not a fan of spicy chicken! I didn't dine in, so I can't comment on the atmosphere.

I only order the Angus burger lettuce wrap at this restaurant because I have a gluten allergy. Pairing it with a raspberry iced tea is all I need for a satisfying meal on-the-go. Thank you, Carl's, for offering this gluten-free option that is convenient and close to home. You're awesome!
