Kfc - DeSoto

This is my favorite KFC and really love the quick pick-up Awesome I tried other KFC and was not satisfied, tried this one day has come since if you don't get me for the first time when you lost me

I wish I could give zero stars. The young lady who took my order was great. I ordered hot wings and I knew if the order was not properly cooked in less than 3 minutes. My hot wings were as light as a newborn baby. I asked for a refund and the staff stood there and laughed. The supervisor I didn't get her name, but she was dark with purple and black refugees not apologising or nothing. I filed a complaint with the company 800-CALL-KFC. The service in this area is terrible and I will never go to this place again.

I would just like to say that the COMPANY is HERE to arrange EVERYTIME I COME. HER POSITION HERE PERFECT PROFESSIONALISM. GREAT JOB!

Talk about slow!!! Sa in the drive thru for 25 minutes to get to the window and find out that they don't have what I ordered. This isn't the first time they get a review this time. Definitely will not come back. Service is terrible

Well, I ordered from the drive thru, and was advised extra crispy was a 16 minute wait. I agreed, the wait was not a problem. The service was pleasant, however, the food quality was not as good as in previous visits. Maybe it was the end of the day.
