Bidra med feedbackThere was a long piece of black hair on the inside of my cup. I didn’t notice until the drink was low enough to expose it. I called the store 12 times the number that is on the website does not work. It wont even ring.
I have been there several times and never had a problem with the service. Today, I ordered a smoothie and half way through a piece of hair was found. I actually tasted hair in my mouth. When I called, the employee told me that they all have locks, and I have braids but this long piece of hair was in my mouth. She went on to tell me that they cannot make me a new one since I drank half. Are you serious? Do you think I want another one? Then she says well I am sorry and hangs up. I called back and spoke to someone in leadership who told me it was against policy for her to refund me because I drank it. It is definitely against my policy to drink something with hair. She was kind and professional.

Service is horrible, I ordered on the mobile app and pulled in the drive thru with only one car in it and was told that my order just came through and for me to pull back in the drive thru in 15 minutes. Instead of going ahead and making my order like every other location if they not busy. When I came in and asked for a refund, all of a sudden she already made it. Which one is it? I asked while in the drive thru if they can go ahead and make it but she stopped listening after she finished talking. When I came in no one ever addressed me or spoke too busy with only a few customers. I’ll just go to the Grand Prairie location where I get way better service.
Go somewhere else it’s getting HOOD! Ghetto! Current manager is the problem! I just saw an employee stick a whole spoon or whatever in his mouth before putting in the sink. I need corporate number asap! I literally want my money back! I called manger before pulling out the parking lot for her to look at the cameras. She seemed to not care and hung up. Imagine how many times he’s done that. This place has gone down hill hiring ppl that genuinely don’t have customer service at all.Update I went back and the manger NYKIRAH IS A HORRIBLE REPRESENTATION OF SMOOTHIE KING !! As u can see she is now mad because of my complaints and MARILYNE TOOK MY ORDER 1min later she comes to the window and says my money is no good here. And refunds me as if she owns the building. And told me I’m no longer welcome at her establishment. I need corporate number asap please.
