Great food cool space friendly service live entertainment a perfect dinner.

Great low key atmosphere, friendly service, unusual (for me) food: shrimp and grits?! It was amazing, I thought I hated grits. Bartender ran out of cherry liquor, so she infused it herself to help make a house specialty drink. Delicious! Location is perfect for dinner before a show at the Opera House.

I really enjoy my dinner so much I cant stop talking about it

We were warmly greeted at the door by the hostess and promptly seated for our 6pm reservations. No one came to the table to greet us nor give us water. It appeared the front end was grossly understaffed with only two servers, the hostess was even helping to serve customers. We tried waving a couple of times to attract a server's attention but it was obvious they were very busy and focused on their tasks. We left after 30 minutes to find another restaurant as we have an 8pm concert to attend.

My friends and I were looking forward to an evening out and were truly looking forward to Colors. I have never been so disappointed. The service was horrible, our food came out at all different times, we could never get our drinks, our server would disappear, the food was not very good and we will certainly never go back. We were frustrated and disheartened about the entire experience and I am one who NEVER writes anything like this.
