Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Detroit

Always always my go-to, love the healthy options and the not so healthy too.

We ordered in person a veggie wrap and chipotle chicken club. We also tried the mango magic smoothie. The wraps are ok. We just needed a quick bite and it did the trick. The smoothie was very tasty though!

This location was awesome to me when I forgot to sub turbinado with Splenda in my smoothie. I am diabetic and really did not need the turbinado and they were so kind to remake my smoothie with Splenda without charging me for an extra smoothie.

Customer service is great. Their smoothies and wraps are very good.

October 5, 2023 young lady work in the registers absolutely horrible. I try to order a smoothie. She won’t even tell me the total she won’t even answer me when I try to speak to her and at the end of the day she would not serve me a smoothie because I had a $50 bill, I knew you could’ve easily told me go somewhere make some change and come back but that she was really nasty with me and told me that she can’t serve me. This is the worst tropical smoothie I’ve ever been to. I go to one every morning sometimes twice. It’s the kind of people that work here make this place terrible it’s not the actual tropical café. The people in this area are absolute trash Detroit, Michigan downtown Detroit, Michigan is absolute trash. The people here need to go they’re ruining our country. They’re ruining our state and they absolutely need to be gone or at a minimum not serve customers and deal with custom service on a daily basis, please do us a favor and get rid of this lady because she’s going to do nothing but ruin your business. The quality of people in this area absolute terrible. The people here are disgusting. They don’t know how to deal with human beings. They’re not human themselves.
