The people working behind the counter were considerate about my toddler wanting a cone but inevitably needing a cup for the ice cream to melt into. The stairs and crowded ramp are not great for strollers or wheelchairs, but there is a ramp you can access from the side street. There was always a family blocking the the way onto the ramp for pictures or just hanging out, so you'll probably have to ask them to move.
Ice cream is always the perfect way to end a beach day before the ride home. The line was out the door and down the steps long, but the service was quick and the ice cream was delicious.
The best ice cream at the beach by far!! This location is awesome, the girls are friendly and scoop huge amounts! It's the way it should be done. Not those places that rip you off with the smallest amount for your money. The only place for ice cream
When I say this place gives you the largest scoops I 've ever seen, I 'm not exaggerating. I thought my friend ordered two scoops so I followed suit, just to get a pint of ice cream! Each scoop of ice cream is really 2+ scoops, so definitely take advantage of their mini scoop option. While I couldn 't finish my bowl, I enjoyed every bite I took. My friends and I shared their cherry vanilla, pineapple flavor, and cookies and cream. Every flavor was so creamy and smooth. Definitely recommend going to this place amongst the other options. They definitely surpass the eye-catching places on the boardwalk.
I love their ice cream, but I'm a service worker and I get off kind of late! I would love to actually go in and get an ice cream cone when I'm off work at 9:30 but the past 2 times I've tried to go they have closed early. Maybe they should change their hours on line if they don't actually close at 10!
