Food was good. Unfortunately the lady who I believe was in charge wasn't pleasant at all. She must have forgotten that customers are what enables a business to be successful. She talked to me and my son like we didn't belong there, saying there are only 4 people allowed inside and that we couldn't stand in a certain area, that we needed to wait outside even though we were wearing masks. I will not be back after dealing with that.

I ordered a blt with cheese and a cup of soup with croutons . I called before I ordered and was told the soup of the day was tomato tortellini. About 20 minutes after my expected delivery time, the food still wasn’t at my house. I called and the girl said they missed my order but would bring it right away. Things happen- I was annoyed but I said okay great. What I received was a sandwich that had two strips of cheap flavorless bacon. No cheese. The soup was some kind of bean soup but they put the croutons in the soup instead of on the side, like every other restaurant, so there wasn’t any broth. The overall order was disgusting. They gave me a cookie for being late, I just wanted a correct order not a cookie I can’t eat. Very disappointed.

Sandwiches(well...everything really) are a bit pricey. But from what I could tell totally Worth it. Our's were both absolutely delicious! AMAZING actually lol. The girls behind the counter were super nice and very helpful. I ask a lot of questions and can be indecisive at times especially when I have never been there before. They were great about it. And then made me the most wonderful sandwich.

Really good sandwiches! Quality ingredients. Careful getting fried food to go as it will most likely get soggy (true for anywhere really but made that mistake with fried pickles). Due to rotating staff consistency with sandwich construction quality has varied in my experience. I really like the doctor sandwich.

I enjoy the sandwiches and salads. They are mostly made from scratch and the salads are packed full, nicely done. However, I don't know if it's the staffing or their process but even when you place an order ahead of time and allow for a ten minute buffer on top of that you still manage to wait for your food. I try to pick this food up on my lunch hour but it's difficult when it's 15-20 minutes to pick up a couple of items. It is the Achilles heel of this place.
