They dont give you good vibe! The waiters looks arrogant and they even try to make you uncomfortable! The view is beautiful but the staff is terrible! Avarege food in expensive price! Setting right next to the beach is gorgeous, interiors have a great design although somewhat tired. The bar and inside could do with a good clean... the private bar area with the multiple pools, sunbeds and infinity pool with overhanging sunloungers and macrame shades was none other than LUSH!!! Please note: this review is about the Sanur Beach House restaurant, not the Empire Beach Resort!!! The food is beautifully prepared, but unfortunately that's it. Price/performance ratio is a catastrophe and unfortunately so is the service. The atmosphere is wonderful and it's a shame that you are treated so badly. No smiles and the food selection is limited despite an extensive menu. Maybe because of the low season. You feel like you are not welcome as a guest. We then stopped eating here. Next day at the beach: After I was told at my lounger that there was no menu, I simply ordered a beer. “You can’t do anything wrong,” I thought to myself. After the waiter came back with my one beer and a 600 lek bill, I just paid it shaking my head. My recommendation are the two small, simple and down-to-earth restaurants nearby. The TV is on there, but the food is better, cheaper and the waiters are happy about your visit.

Diving into the service, it was impeccable. Every staff member made us feel welcomed and attended to our every beck and call with smiles that spoke of professionalism and genuine hospitality. They navigated the evening flawlessly, setting the bar high for what service at a dining establishment should look like. The food served was a delightful experience, offering a dance of flavors well-suited to a refined palate. While every dish was more than satisfying, there 's an unmissable opportunity for the restaurant to embrace its locale a bit more. A broader selection of local cuisine would not only satisfy the curiosity of international diners but also serve as a tribute to the rich culture that surrounds it. Similarly, the wine list, albeit qualitatively impressive, was on the pricier side. It showcased an array of international names but fell a bit short in celebrating the local vineyards. A touch more of regional wines could enhance the authenticity of the dining experience. While most of the experience was near flawless, the restrooms did stand out as an aspect needing attention. They were passable, meeting basic expectations, but given the establishment 's overall standard, one would expect frequent and meticulous upkeeping. The toilets were okay-ish but definitely a notch down from the experience the rest of the establishment offers. Wrapping up, my time at Sanur Beach House was undoubtedly memorable. With its heart in the right place, a few tweaks here and there could elevate not just the authenticity but also reflect the vibrant community it operates in. Looking forward to my next visit, with high hopes for a menu that brims with local flavors and a wine list that surprises with homegrown names!

At a glance it seems like a lot. The restaurant sucks. You don't get what you order. When you say something about this during checkout, they look at you stupidly, laugh at you and walk away. They also charged money for service, which was not available anywhere else in Albania. Lie on the beach but definitely don't eat there. They don't deserve it. Food: 1
