Bidra med feedbackI placed an online order at this restaurant and there was no option for a well-done preparation, so I called the location and requested that they cook it well. They assured me that they would take care of it. However, when we got home and opened the food, it was not cooked to my liking. My partner found the inside of his wing to be undercooked. I spoke to the manager, who explained that the wings were larger than usual and that it may have been the reason for the undercooking. I insisted that I could tell raw chicken from properly cooked chicken, and this looked like a potential case of salmonella. The manager was very understanding and took back our order, offering us a refund. This level of customer service is the only reason why I am giving them a higher rating.
The burgers were great, and the service was bad. No one set us, we stood ten minutes when the workers came by. we asked one to sit down. next we sat in ten to fifteen minutes when the server left us. we stopped one and asked her to take our order, she said she'll get the manager. finally, a server took our order. we were not welcome. I guess there's a good help that's important to find.
We just received our food via Doordash. The wings looked and tasted like they had been sitting out for quite a while. The salad we ordered had a hair in it that did not belong to either of us. This is not the first time this has happened. Overall just disappointing.
Worst dining experience I’ve had in quite a while. First we show up and stand by the podium for EVER to be seated. We finally get seated by a girl wearing her pajamas. Our waitress took our order, and I ordered the house beer. She came back and told me the keg was frozen. So then I order Busch light. She comes back forever later and says it’s frozen. Then I order Kona Big Wave. She comes back along time after and says it’s frozen. So then I’m like “can you just give me whatever isn’t frozen?”. Then she brings us our food and not my beer. So I say “you know what. If every beer is frozen I’ll take a hibiscus margarita.” She said “let me check on that beer”. Then a DIFFERENT waitress brings me my beer. Didn’t tell me what kind it was. I’m guessing Bud light. Then I get 2 ranches instead of ranch and blue cheese. And I get Zero silverware. I ask a different waitress for some since ours never came back. She said “yea.” And NEVER gave me any. The wings were so tough I couldn’t even finish them. Then our waitress returns and is like “how is everything?” After we’re done. I said “can I get the check” We paid cash and should have received 52.50 in change. She comes back with $52 Even and no receipt. I know it’s just 50 cents. Fine. Let her have .50 for a tip The best part is that it’s DEAD in here so there was no excuse for any of that. But whatever beer I have is good
My husband and I came in on a Tuesday night when there were few customers. No one was at the podium to greet us and we had to wait for over 5 minutes (no one else was being seated or waiting at the time) before someone was sent to seat us. Waited another 15 minutes and no one even came to take our drink order. We have no idea who our server even was. I could understand it if the restaurant was busy, but it was not at all. My husband said he could see staffers standing around talking in the back but no one was on the floor. We left before we ordered anything. No one cared. Went to Pizza Hut instead.
