Bidra med feedbackI walked in and try to order a chicken quesadilla. I was told I have to order that online for pick up.I did order a steak burrito... everything in the trays looked like itd been sitting all day. So I will be throwing that burrito in the trash!.
This place never has what I want. If they 're not out of grilled vegetables, they 're out of something else. Historically, I have enjoyed Chipotle, but this location is a disgrace. It has been for at least 2 years.Today, I waited in line for 8 minutes to get to the order counter and be told, We only have chicken or sofritas. No al pastor, no steak, no carnitas, no brown rice, no grilled vegetables. This was 6:00 pm on a Monday.There was no signage or employee to announce that 1/3 of the menu was unavailable. This place is run so poorly it 's an embarrassment.When they have what I want on the rare occasion I stop in, the food is fine, and that 's why they get 2 stars instead of 1.
The only chipotle place where I’m always missing a big item when I order online pickup. 20% success rate with my 5 visits. Get organized guys, damn.
Chipotle in general is awesome and this spot doesn't disappoint. The food is always fresh, the place is clean and has a chill vibe, and the service is friendly and professional.
Dear Chipotle,It's Friday night at 5:30 and my daughter wants a quesadilla. We convince her that she should try chipotle, because the quality is better than what she was asking for (Taco Bell). We walked in and it was busy but we were still able to walk right up to the counter. I went to order her a quesadilla only to be told it needed to be done online. No big deal; technology makes things run more efficiently. However, there was no way to know this before ordering AND there was limited sevice and I couldn't even download the app. I did buy chips and queso, but we left and spent our money at Taco Bell down the road instead. Maybe have like an ordering station or someone that can take the order for the customer? Also, this has to be a fairly new thing bc I used to watch them make quesadilla's and it's not that big of a deal. What a completely unnecessary process with no notice. Only some stuff has to be ordered through the app? How are we supposed to know which stuff??
