Very nice hotel. the room is clean and spacious. hotelwirt are very friendly and nice. Unfortunately is not bad if they do not speak French or German is a little hard to understand how they know very little English. I am very happy with the hotel

Good service. Went above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable

Upon checking the menu online, I was excited to see that they were offering large salad bowls, like you might find them at Daiwelskichen or Manso in Luxembourg City. Staff was friendly but seemed overwhelmed. I ordered the vegetarian salad and was served a salad with shrimps. I returned it and received the same bowl back, the shrimps had just been picked out. Salad was missing some ingredients mentioned on the menu. Service did not really know what to do or how to handle the situation. I left disappointed. They seem to have changed the menu since so maybe I will give it another try, however vegetarian options are limited.

I discovered this hotel to be extremely clean and comfortable, with spacious, modern rooms and bathrooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, across from the river and near all the top restaurants. The hotel restaurant serves delicious Latin/Mexican cuisine and offers a selection of good local wines. While the breakfast could be improved, it was still quite satisfying, and they will automatically serve a hot breakfast, which is more than most establishments. Overall, this hotel is now a top choice for me.

This restaurant was perfect for us. The room was beautiful and clean, and the breakfast was excellent.
