Haus Herrenweide - Diepholz

The Haus Herrenweide – or also: Within 30 minutes, the talent will lie at least three times to the face of the face without licking with the eyelash. From 04 to 06.08.2022 found the 20. Appletree Garden Festival held. After we had booked a room for 2 people for 2 nights for our satisfaction in 2019, we decided this year for 2 nights at Hotel Herrenweide (from 05.08 to 07.08.). After a telephone call on 20.03.2022 and the request for a final booking, Mr. Yeyrek's hotel followed the written booking confirmation on the same day. Check-in on 05.08. Around 4:00 p.m. we opened that we did not provide any bookings. The booking was made for another period in another year. Note that for the appointment from 05.08. to 07.08. Mr. Yeyrek replied that he sent an e-mail message 3 days after the booking confirmation. After the objection that such a rejection would not have occurred, Mr. Veyrek went to the office and, after about 10 minutes, came back with an expression that contained a cancellation to the booking. The sender and recipient of the e-mail were the Haus Herrenweide, there was neither a shipping date nor a receiving date. In short, the mail was written and printed in a short time in the office or in other words: folded. Mr. Yeyrek was accompanied all the time by an older lady whose function was somehow not clear. However, as the entire booking is based on a misunderstanding, we would be able to come and create room for a first night. For the second night it would have to be watched, there might be a possibility in a hotel in Barnstorf. Mr. Yeyrek replied that the distance was 4 kilometres. The distance was important as taxi money was calculated for a total of 4 shuttle routes. After repeating the said (the distance between the thieves and the barnstorf is 4 kilometers, the older lady shook his head. No, that's 14 kilometers, at least. Spoiler: a later discovered road sign, 150 meters from the hotel, pointed to a distance of 14 kilometers to Barnstorf. On the question of why we were lied to the face within 30 minutes at least three times, we received house ban. Mistakeable bookings may not happen, but sponge over: where people can work mistakes. But this story stinks to heaven. Even if the hotel alternatives are limited in Diepholz: I can only advise anyone to book this hotel. Edit: Why can't you forgive zero stars here?

Uncomplicated booking/stay. Something came in the years but clean, tidy and for a night completely ok. Breakfast manageable but also fine for the price. I can't say anything about the hall or events.

Just great. We like to come back! The hotel is great. There is no such service anywhere!

A wickedness. It could have been such a great evening. However, besides the cold food and partly raw meat and a buffet of a length of 5m for more than 150 people, nothing was good to talk. Electricity failures, no light when eating, no paper on the toilet, toilet doors where the castle just missed, alcohol-free beer that had already expired in 2019. Two barrels of beer were already sour at the beginning and had to be tipped away, the third barrel was fine and the fourth one just tasted for soap. Pleasant mixed drinks have not been received as a woman. I don't need to talk about the long waiting times at the tresen either. Only one person was behind it and was therefore simply overwhelmed with the crowd of people. In no case would I plan an event there. Due to Corona, the first degree has already failed and the abitur party here in the hall was simply with a disaster....

I'm sorry to have to say that, but it was just bad. We celebrated the Abiball of my daughter there last Friday and I really can only say that I would never hold a celebration there. In the beginning, the beer was sour because it was overturned and the food was absolutely bad! And last but not least, the children were thrown out at 2:00 because they had to be done. Absolutely sad and shame! Never again!!!
