Laid back atmosphere with friendly service. there was only one guy working during our visit and we had to wait for around 10 minutes before getting served. the nachos serving size was a bit small and the cheese dip was bland but the burrito was delicious. The highlight of the meal was the dessert, mexican popsicles (but were made in the french riveira). We got the mango and the brownie flavors. Best popsicle I have had so far.
We were wandering around Dijon, starving, and wanting to eat something filling and tasty (as sometimes French restaurants give you such little amount of food that you have to compensate with the bread!) when my friend saw the sign of Tex A Way! We were a group of 9 and decided to go for burritos. The owner was alone at that time, but he was so welcoming and patient with all of us, and didn't show one sign of stress! The food itself was delicious and homemade, the cinnamon coffee was amazing, and we all left the place full and fully satisfied! I'll definitely recommend it and go again! Thanks again :D
We had the pleasure of stumbling across tex away when we stayed in Dijon for the evening. The chap who runs the place was ever so nice and hats off to him for running a business so well. The burritos were delicious to say the least!! Great value too. Thankyou
We only stayed in Dijon for one night. As our hotel didn't offer a single vegetarian/vegan dish on their menu we headed out into the center (which is more fun, but we were pretty tired from our 8 hour car ride), I searched for the first vegetarian option on Tripadvisor I could find, but we didn't make it to that restaurant because we stumbled upon Tex A Way on our walk. After two weeks in France and seeing that France -still- lacks in Mexican cuisine, I was happy that this place caught my eye. The people that work there speak really good English and are friendly and helpful. The concept of the restaurant is nice and there is something for everyone to enjoy whether you are an omni/vegetarian/vegan anything is possible. And the most important question... Is it tasty?! Hell yes it is! If you love mexican food you should definitely go here and don't forget to take a taste of the homemade sauces!
