Golden Eagle Inn - DILLON

The Golden Eagle was recommended to us and was the first place we ate on holiday. Absolutely amazing mixed meatburgers! Very good food! Can't wait to go back!

Non hidden gem within the Beaver Creek main drag. As a simple, Midwesterner, this place was exactly what my wife I needed. The staff amazing. Vlad (bartender) is an asset that they should never lose. Nikki another keeper. They made our evening fantastic and one we won't forget. The elk loin was superb and highly recommended. The halibut was ridiculously fresh. You can't go wrong with The Golden Eagle. Much thanks to the staff and chef.

What a great lunch experience! Got to meet the owner and owners son who have owned GE for 30 years. The game burger was amazing and the staff was wonderful. Looking forward to more meals here!

The staff is exceptional. Our group of seven had a reservation for later in the evening, but our event ended much earlier than we anticipated. We had a few older guests in our party who couldn't walk around to pass the time, and it was too chilly to stay outside. The staff managed to seat us over an hour ahead of our reservation, and we are incredibly grateful for that. Both the service and the food were fantastic. Five stars!

Enjoy a ski lunch at this place! The food is fantastic, the service is quick, and you don't need to make reservations. It's definitely a better option than the on-mountain lunches in Vail, and the prices aren't much higher depending on your choices. I tried the meatloaf for $32, which came with sautéed vegetables and mashed potatoes, and everything was excellent!
