Pazzola - Disentis/Mustér

Outstanding food. We had three of their “octo” dishes each and have been on an amazing culinary journey. Would recommend to anyone stopping by Disentis or the region.

The Products are so fresh, homemade and local with amazing and unique food combinations. The care in the selection of the ingredients is great with mushrooms and berries hand picked from the mountain by the lovely owner. Really worth the visit if you are in the area.

We stayed at the Hotel Pazzola last week and luckily we booked a table at the restaurant for dinner. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and chic and Sonia is a great hostess. She can speak to you in her native Romansch, Swiss German, Standard German or Italian. We opted for the six course surprise menu and we are so glad that we did. Sven is a genius in the kitchen! Every single course was exquisite, with some unusual and unexpected combinations that were beautifully presented as well. It was a delight to enjoy such delicate artistry in a beautiful Alpine setting. After the meal we enjoyed a delicious tisane of Alpine herbs hand picked by Sonia 's mother! We could not have asked for a better dining experience. We will definitely be back!

Wir haben das Restaurant Pazolla ganz zufällig vor 2 Jahren für uns entdeckt. Damals waren wir zum Skifahren im Diesentis und haben im Hotel Pazolla übernachtet, vor allem weil sie einen Shuttle Service zu Bergstation anbieten. Da waren wir auch zum ersten mal im Pazzola essen. Das Essen war hervorragend und hat uns sehr überzeugt. Seit dem gehen wir immer mindestens ein mal im Pazzola essen, wenn wir in der Region sind. Das Essen ist immer Top und wir waren noch nie enttäuscht. Auch die familiäre und lockere Atmosphäre sorgt dafür, dass wir uns im Pazzola immer sehr wohl und herzlich willkommen füllen.

Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und freundlich. Das Essen ist hervorragend. Der Service ist super. Eine wunderbar familiäre Atmosphäre, liebevolles Nachfragen, man fühlt sich hier sehr wohl und wird wirklich gut umsorgt. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!
