O MAA GO - Dishpur

I had gone to Paltan Bazar on some work and decided to have dinner at O Maa Go, on the recommendation of my colleague. The dishes were reasonably priced and the taste was very good. Would certainly recommend.

The restaurant is in ulubari Guwahati.went there to have lunch with my team of 14 people . The staff is friendly n helpful . The seating arrangements is good . Enough space between tables to have good conversation. The food ordered was good n tasty. All the items were good . But they could have added bit more gravy in chicken curry. Overall good money spent .

Visited O Maa Go, situated on G.S Road near Ulubari serving decent Bengali cuisine in Guwahati. We were lucky to get table for four on Saturday, 22nd August'15 during lunch.Besides the ala carte menu, one should try the special non-veg thali. The food was served on a plate with banana leaf and had a choice of veg.

Went to the OMaago resturant thinking that the food would be good. But had a poor experience overall. The taste is average n no customer service. I was the only guest but still zero customer service. Limited menu, which is good. They want to encourage thali. But what happens to people like me who wants simple fast food n service.

I accidentally stumbled upon this place while I was looking for another restaurant. I'm glad the other restaurant was closed.The Vegetarian Bengali Thali here was supreme, with a variety of starters, two dals, two dry vegetables, luchi, and rice. To top it off, some payas at the end. The manager and waiter were extremely helpful and cordial.
