Djerbien - Djerba Midoun

It's not a Djerbian restaurant, but the medical club of Doux, and in this photo: a white party by the pool at Calypso.

The restaurant is open for one or two days. They serve a very delicious salad (slata tounsa and mechouia), chicken schnitzel, riz djerbien, and occasionally, fish and prawns. There is also good coffee available (from a capsule machine). It’s a family-run business, but unfortunately, they only open the restaurant for most of the summer. A visit is definitely worthwhile – everyone is very friendly and accommodating.

This is not a Djerbian restaurant but rather the Club Med at La Douce. In this photo, you can see the white party around the Calypso pool.

There are always one or two daily specials. Very tasty salads (slata tounsa and mechouia), chicken schnitzel, djerbien rice, and occasionally fish and prawns. Good coffee (capsule machine) is also available here. A family-run business that unfortunately only opens the restaurant mostly in high summer. A visit is worth it - everyone is very friendly and courteous.

My family and I visited this restaurant recently and enjoyed the fish of the day, Djerbian rice, and pizza. The food was delicious and portion sizes were generous. The service was also friendly and pleasant.
