The Cowboy Capital Saloon Grill

After standing in the waiting area for a table for awhile, I gave up and sat at the bar. After seven more minutes of waiting, I was finally asked for my drink order, which took another couple of minutes to serve. The food was so-so with a terrible beer selection and many food items out of stock. I don’t understand how service can be so abysmal on such a slow night. I’d avoid this place at all costs. I wasn't impressed, had the prime rib sandwich and it was over cooked and cold. The meat was more like roast beef. Wife had chicken fried steak dinner and it was over done and served cold. Stopped here for lunch after touring Boothill Museum, we have been traveling for 2 weeks and this was one of the best meals we had! The portions are HUGE! We shared the steak nachos and a cob salad and had to take 1/2 thr salad with us; Our server Lai was so nice and even gave us ice tea to go; You will not be disappointed if you stop here Service: Dine in
