Bidra med feedbackThe owners and staff are very knowledgeable about celiac disease. They are dedicated to providing safe food options, including equipment specifically for those with celiac. All their sauces are gluten-free, so you can dine with confidence. Just inform them of your condition, and they'll guide you on what is safe to eat. They even sell gluten-free products. I've eaten here over 30 times since my diagnosis, and I've never had any issues.
Additionally, they have two gluten-free dessert options: tiramisu and cheesecake. I was also pleased to see that they sell gluten-free products, including pasta, flour, and even dried bread to accompany the pasta. I've included a picture with this review.
It's a casual escapade. great for lunch or a short to dinner. mainly a pasta place, but they also have sandwiches (not gf) and salads. they can have their pasta with each of their sauces as they are gluten-free. they have a dedicated pot, sieb and kitchen tools to avoid cross-contamination. their pasta is cooked in a separate area. Although it is not a certified gluten-free place, owners are zöliakie and therefore personal is knowledgeable. they can eat safely. they also have gluten-free Italian dry products (cookies, pasta, cracker etc). and gluten-free gloom (cheese cake and sometimes also tiramisu) one must try in the west island!
The pasta here is incredibly delicious! I tried the gnocchi with a spicy raw sauce, the Alfredo Penne with chicken, and the meatball sandwich. The gnocchi was my favorite, while the sandwich was also quite tasty. The restaurant offers authentic pasta, and you can even purchase dry pasta to take home.
I ordered the meat tortellini with the David sauce; it was a little watery, but I might try a different sauce next time. The bungalow was incredibly fresh and soft.
