Dunkin' - Dolton

My order was straightforward: just one sandwich and two donuts. They gave me only one donut but charged me for two. Seriously, how hard could that be? I'm writing this review because this issue keeps occurring.

The coffee during the overnight shifts is quite disappointing. It's rarely served hot, and the staff seems to have trouble getting orders right. I've often had to wait up to an hour just for a lukewarm cup of coffee.

I arrived around noon hoping to grab some delicious donuts, but I waited by the speaker for about 10 minutes. When I finally decided to go to the window, I ordered what I wanted, only to find out they didn’t have it. I had to choose something else, but then the employee informed me that the cash register wasn’t letting him ring me up. It seemed that the manager left a new employee alone in the store, and he didn’t know how to handle anything.

It's not fresh unfortunately and the taste is not good,,, it's not rich I thought the caster smell not good, I was really surprised and felt disappointed , specially I sent as a gift to my family,, hope the manager takes this feedback serious

Love the Blood Orange Refresher but they need to bring back lemonade to mix with it. Also please get some lemons for my hot tea this winter.
