Bidra med feedbackThe owners were clearly absent when we made our reservation at this restaurant. The waiter was very welcoming, but once we ordered our food, things took a turn for the worse. Our meals arrived with burnt chips, and when we asked for more, they brought us more burnt chips. The food was inedible, with one meal still missing. The sides were cold and watery, and the only vegetable with the steak was a small serving of coleslaw and a single mushroom. Despite the restaurant halving our bill, the quality of the food was unacceptable. It was a disappointing experience, and we will not be returning.
I recently went for Sunday lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious, the service was friendly, although a bit slow, and the atmosphere was nice, cozy, and relaxed with a well-stocked bar. Overall, I will definitely be a regular at this restaurant as it is close by and the best in town. I am already planning my next visit.
On Saturday night, four of us went to the restaurant and enjoyed chicken and steak dishes. All of the meals were delicious, with the rib-eye steak being particularly delicate and tasty. The chicken kebabs were also very enjoyable. The desserts were great and beautifully presented. We had made a reservation and were greeted at the bar before being seated at our table. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. However, the new chairs were a bit uncomfortable as they were made of plastic, reminding me of my secondary school chair. The food was served promptly and our drinks were topped up when needed. The menu had a good variety, although lacking in burger options. Overall, we all had a good dining experience and found the young staff to be friendly and attentive, with excellent customer service and communication skills.
On Saturday night for the first time in hard fight. very friendly staff, a very relaxed atmosphere in a beautiful environment. the menu is short, steaks, chicken dishes lamb and Ponsh fish chips. in our party of four had the two steaks and two of us fish chips, and we all enjoyed our eating. three of us had precursors, which were also excellent. beautiful selection of drinks, hand drawn and ordinary ales, a decent bottle of wine for the staff there is very young and still find their feet, but are very attentive, and the young girl who looked around us was brilliant. I will recommend this place for family and friends.
I do not write reviews normally but having seen some of the reviews for this pub/restaurant, I felt it was only fair to let people my experience. My wife and l have eaten there several times over the last months or so and never had...a bad meal, in fact the opposite, the food as been spot on, and the service very good and helpful, things like, when I did not know which new beer to have I was given a sample to try, the same with the food not sure which dish to have a small bowl of two were brought out to try, it seems to me some people don't like the old smelly pub that was the plough moving on to the new Grazing Hart, please give it a try.
