Wood House Chinese Takeaway - Doncaster

The food at this restaurant was terrible, especially the beef dishes which were tough like leather. The staff were also very ignorant. When we were overcharged, we asked for a breakdown of the bill but did not receive one. The prices listed on the menu were not what we were actually charged for certain items. I will never dine at this restaurant again.

During my stay at Beech Tree Lakes in August, I found an information pack and a menu for the restaurant on-site. My friends and I decided to order Chinese food, but we were surprised to find out that they only accepted cash for payment. Unfortunately, we didn't have any cash on us and weren't familiar with the area. After getting directions to a nearby cash point, we got lost on the way. Eventually, we managed to get cash and went back to the Chinese restaurant, where we ordered what seemed like large portions at a high price. However, when we tried the food back at our holiday lodge, we were extremely disappointed. It tasted so bad that even the ducks wouldn't touch it. Luckily, we had some bread and eggs left over as a backup. Needless to say, we won't be dining at this place again in the future.

I went fishing for 48 hours and used this restaurant service. The food was excellent and delivered quickly to Kathleen's Carp Lake in Doncaster. I will definitely use this service again.

Spent over 60 pounds for food reheated in 40 years never had such poor food we could have done better buying from icelands will never go again

Lovely meal delivered on time and hot on New Year’s Eve. The Duck, Sweet Sour Chicken, Chicken Foo Young and Chicken Curry were all delicious. Congratulations and thanks!
