My 420 baht ribeye steak (medium-rare) tasted okay, but there was inedible fat around the meat. It was probably 40% fat, 60% meat. The cook should have cut off the fat first instead of giving it. Customers pay for what they cannot eat. My wife ordered a medium-rare sirloin steak, which arrived at the table on a very hot cast iron skillet.
