Subway - Doniphan

Only given a 1 because I can't give it a 0, placed order online, said it'll be ready at 620. Show up at 630 and they closed even though they said they'll be open til 8. So not only did they lie, they stole from me.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the unfriendly staff. When I requested to order five sandwiches, they insisted that I call ahead, which was frustrating. Additionally, when I asked for bacon, sliced avocado, and fresh mozzarella, they flatly replied that I needed to inform them in advance. The person preparing my sandwich even exclaimed "jeez" when I asked for extra vinegar. To top it off, I overheard what seemed to be the manager telling one of the workers, “not to rush you, but go faster!” Overall, I would not recommend this place unless you’re okay with being treated rudely.

A few weeks ago, we were on a road trip and decided to stop here. It turned out to be the best subway sandwich we've ever had! The three girls working there were incredibly friendly and made our sandwiches perfectly. The vegetables were very fresh too. If you’re passing through, this is definitely the place to grab a bite.

I saw a cockroach scurrying along the counter, which completely turned me off. I definitely didn’t feel comfortable eating there after that. It was just disgusting.

We ordered $70 worth of food from this Subway for delivery tonight, and unfortunately, every single sandwich was made incorrectly. When my wife called to address the issue, the person on the other end was quite rude. We definitely won't be spending our money here again. I'm also curious about who my wife spoke to. The staff seemed unprofessional, untrained, and poorly managed. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
