Chipotle Mexican Grill - Doral

The waiting time to order was 30 minutes. Only one person serving the orders and 30 people waiting?.they truly need to hire help. They must value people?s time !!! Ridiculous

This location is always out of ingredients! Be it beans(no point of having a bowl/burrito if opting for veggie option), guac, sour cream, fajitas and so on.. And this is not the first time. They are repeatedly out of ingredients on a regular basis. I am not going to this location ever again.

What a disaster!! Never been to Chipotle before ,mind you I have been living in the US for 44 years. While driving and listening to 101.5 FM, the host was over and over playing the spot of the new Chipotle Steak, Garlic..Ancho and guacamole ,hummm appetizing so I decided to go, it was Friday the day was over so I went to the one in Doral and 105th ave. I walk in stood in the wrong line ,proceeded to join the correct line and my turn was up after about 10 minutes,busy place it was a good sing. The steak came with rice, choices of bean and some other side, Guacamole was not present they were out. I ask for salad which the attendant grabbed a small portion and a plate and requested the famous Creation ,it reachin a dry and almost empty steel container. I ask him in if he was going to serve me the dry and misly pieces left, I looked at him and say no thank you. Marketing is a great tool to promote and effectively send a message that will bring an improve your business, but for God sake do not take people for idiots. You have a clientele for what I could see while in the restaurant,very poorly educated and that probably be obese by the time they are 25

You can see the dreadful looks on the faces of these employees, they never look you in the eye, absolutely terrible service 8 out of the 9 times I?ve been there. Just rude people over all.

Affordable and great food, I love chipotle, food is always good and inexpensive. My only critic is that they barely put any beans to the rice bowl..
