Mcdonald's - Doral

I came to eat here and knew the lobby was closed at 8:00 and arrived 5 minutes before 8:00. The staff ignored me and didn't let me in. I knocked again and again until an anger came to the door and was told that it will not open the door that if I want to eat to go through the drive because my vehicle is too big for the ride through. I told her I needed the toilet room and she went away from me. Totally disrespectful and rude. I never come back to this McDonald? My route urges me to work near this McDonald, but I will drive the extra 20 minutes to visit the McDonald?s on Bird.

McDonalds, I love McDonald?s, but at this particular location I think it has a lousy management. I guess they don?t train the employees as good as in other locations. Most staff is rude, some are very nice. I come to buy food here and it must be someone in management (she had a black polo shirt) talking rude to the people ordering in front of me. That is not the McDonald?s I am fond of. I?ve eaten at this location many times and the order accuracy is always off, incomplete, or not as ordered. You are better off going to another McDonald?s or Wendy?s that?s right down the road. I hope management can see what?s going on and fix it.

People on the drive thru are rude and loud but overall good quality food even by McDonald's standards.

This place is ridiculous. You only get 1 sauce if you order chicken nuggets. They charge you $0.11 per sauce if you want more or order anything else that isn?t chicken nuggets. A billion dollar company and penny pinching for sauce. But I?m 100% sure theydidn?t charge the manager $0.11 for his 4 creams he used in his free coffee. Never seen a more stingy McDonalds. Please evaluateyour processes, because I?m sure those sauces don?t even cost you $0.01.

I was taken aback when they charged me 10 cents for hot mustard sauce. There was no ketchup or any other sauces in the bag either. I get that some places may have strange policies regarding sauces for nuggets and such, but just for hot mustard?
