This place is the most hamble and genuine agriturismo I ever been in my life! From cured meats, cheese and homemade pastas to suckling pig perfectly cooked and juicy with crackling skin, to homemade ewe's milk ricotta served with a reduction of cooked wine must is an experience to die for! All the veg are from the garden, they raise sheeps, cows and pigs. The location is great situated between Orosei and Dorgali. The view is breathtaking and we could stay here to sleep with breakfast included. Antonio, who' s Pina's the owner) father raise the animals, looks after the fields and has all the knowledge in the world above good manners and kindness. We must comeback soon!!!
