Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I've had a disappointing experience at this Zaxby's location on my last two visits. I usually get the House Salad, but after waiting in line for 20 minutes, they forgot to add any chicken to mine, and the lettuce was wilted and brown. I was on my lunch break, and this is what I ended up with? That was the last time I will visit this location. It's definitely not worth a 20-minute wait.

This was a bad experience. There was only 2 people working the front and one of them was on drive thru. They had not put the tea out or even made it yet. It took us 45 minutes to get our food. They need to train their front people how to be nicer.

The food was excellent, but the service started off well and then declined. My order was mixed up and took a long time to arrive. Additionally, the tables in the dining area were not cleaned properly, so I had to wipe down my own table.

I'm not sure if the girl at the front was new, but she was not very helpful. She kept chatting with her coworkers, and the dining area was quite messy. I won't be returning to this location.

Always win with me except they try to give already prepared food instead of freshly cooked.For instance the French Fries .They put more overcooked and dried more than golden as their photos present.I love my fries without salt ordered fresh upon ordering.That 's my only complaint!!
