Brooks Breakfast Lunch Cafe

If you're looking for raw food, this is the place to be. My sister and I both ordered dishes that were supposed to be cooked, but they arrived undercooked. I ordered the benedict and the eggs looked like they were barely cooked. The hollandaise sauce on top looked unappetizing. I wish I had just gone to McDonald's instead.

This restaurant has a beautiful deck for dining. The food is excellent and they serve great coffee too!

I am used to businesses that do not respond to reviews, whether they are good, bad, or indifferent. Is it frustrating? Yes, but it is part of running a successful business in today's world. So, I do not want to bash a place that may just be going through a rough patch. I have visited this restaurant many times and it has usually been good. However, yesterday was not as enjoyable. My waitress was great, but my breakfast was disappointing. The in-house dried up, the omelette was dry, and the toast was not good. I hope they are able to improve and that my next visit will be better.

Waitress was great, food was amazing, cute atmosphere

If you are in no hurry and have time to waste I would recommend this cafe. My experience was,11:30 am on a weekday, approximately 15 patrons, 2 waitresses and 1 maybe 2 incompetent cooks.Waited 35 minutes for a children’s portion of mac cheese which I would bet 100% was kraft mac cheese out of the box and also one pancake and two pieces of bacon for a child. Five minutes later I finally received my oatmeal which was more like oatmeal soup. Total wait time 40 minutes. Five young men walked in n ordered their food 10 minutes after we did and they got their food first. Most frustrating experience ever and I will never return. Do not recommend.
