Hillbilly Bbq - Douglassville

Ribs on special are the plan for dinner tonight, but we knew that we could not wait until then for some Hillbilly bbq. we were drawn chicken and the brisket together with the Mac n cheese and potato salad. Portions are a good size and OH SO YUMMY!!! We will definitely come back!

This place passed several times and today was the day I decided to stop and try it, and WOW was very good grill. One of the 422 hidden gems! Brisket Sandwich the Coleslaw of Mac Cheese is out of the chain!! Definitely stop in and give Hillbilly bbq an attempt!!

Wow... Absolutely fantastic food. This is some of the best food we've ever ate. We wanted some BBQ food and took a chance. Will definitely be going back!! Thanks for the excellent service!! Bob

Stopped on a whim after hiking at French Creek state park. Easy drive over, Great food. Had the brisket lunch for myself and the pork lunch for my wife. DELICIOUS!!

This is some of the best BBQ I had in a long time. John the owner and his wife are both enthusiastic. Service is amazing and the food is even better. I have only been there twice, although I am sure to become a regular with the great prices, service and best of all amazing food!!! Whether the meat or the sides, everything was delicious!
