Bidra med feedbackI've been going here off and on for the last two years since I've lived in Douglasville. A lot lately the last 3 months. I've tried just about every sandwich on the menu. No complaints there everything is great food quality-wise. I've never had slow orbad service either. Everybody that's ever worked the counter when I've been there was extremely nice polite and spoke clearlyespecially when the mask thing was going on. Glad that's over but anyways glad that they keep a friendly staff that's fastfriendly and efficient. Seems to be the key to business nowadays as long as you got a good product which they do.
I picked up a BLT hoagie at this Subway tonite. There was only 4 PCs of bacon in a 12? hoagie the lettuce was wimpy and was turning brown. He put tomatoes also on it. When I arrived home the roll had gotten soggy. My wife was upset with it and threw itin the trash. I will not go to this subway again.
I ordered a pizza from here, but they didn't have any boxes for it, and the pizza was cold in the middle, suggesting it hadn't been cooked long enough. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to return it and address the issue. This shouldn't happen.
There was only one man working, and he was overwhelmed with a large number of customers arriving simultaneously. He apologized for the wait and did his best to fulfill all the orders quickly. Despite the pressure, he remained friendly and pleasant throughout. We truly appreciated his efforts.
The food was good, as I expect from Subway, and the service was satisfactory.
