Bidra med feedbackI gave up this place years ago and recently decided to give them another shot. The Ruck Chicken was a big disappointment- no taste at all and the Curry goat was so salty I must dilute it with water. How long have they survived with the same cook? This is not supposed to be Jamaican food, and I hope the owner wakes up before it's too late.
On 2 separate occasions I visited Golden Krust in Douglasville and the customer service was to be compared to the service of most McDonalds (we know how that is). Even though their food is pretty good, I don 't have the best impression of this establishment. On the first time visiting I was placing an order over the phone and the worker who took my order was very rude. I brushed that experience off, but then I went there today and the workers were being very loud and 'ratchet ' behind the counter. Why in the world would you want customers observing this type of behavior while they are preparing your food? It was definitely not a professional look. If they care about their image, the management there would give their workers better customer service training or hire people with better service and behavioral skills to represent their company.
So I think this is my favorite Golden Krust Location!!! They are open on Sundays!!! They didn?t have mac cheese , okra or the tofu side available but the ox tails were ON POINT and did not disappoint. This will be my go to location going forward.
Eaten here a few times, mostly get patties, but never a problem. Brown stew chicken and the Mac and cheese on 8/12/2021? not good. Macaroni is mush and not cheesy. Brown stew chicken tough and gravy watery. Do better.
I happily drive to this location versus the Austell location (which is closer to me) because they are generous on portion size and the food tastes seasoned. I always catch them when they have fresh food as well. This is my fave location. The Golden Krust by my house counts the oxtails then gets mad when you ask for more smh.
