Bidra med feedbackUsually this McDonald’s is very nice and their servers are great! Pam is wonderful! But once I got to the 2nd window a young woman, with red braids, didn’t even speak and kept giving us dirty looks and as we were leaving the drive thru she kept giving us dirty looks. This isn’t acceptable, if this McDonald’s wants to stay open, their workers need to be at an AT LEAST minimum of good service. This makes me question my ability to continue to go to this location if I’m going to be looked at rudely. This wasn’t y’all best day.
My family and I visited this location today and had the WORST customer service and experience that I’ve had in a while. Our order was rung up completely wrong and when we got to the window, instead of explaining that to us after we noticed a fry missing, a female employee and manager (Rod), mocked us and laughed at us. I then went in to speak to a manager who ended up being the guy that came to the window (Rod), listened to my complaint, did nothing to fix it and proceeded to laugh again with the employees when I walked off. I will NEVER support this location again and I’ll be sure to warn others!!! SMH
I like using the mobile app and getting free food or food at a discounted price. Every morning I gotta have my Medium Caramel Ice Coffee. Drive thru lines are long but move fast enough for me to get to work on time.
After sitting in the drivethru for 30 minutes i get ignored at the first window by the first teenager and I assume the one that didn't know how to pronounce my name and then the next child said did you have a large sweet tea which is now watered down and I said yes a fry and ice cream which was falling down so it made her mad when I ask for a cup and really made her mad when I ask for a spoon if they don't know how to make the ice cream cone do they get paid, they need training on how to be courteous because they just want to do nothing and a paycheck but they wouldn't work for me acting that way, Omg ask for mayo on a big Mac and they put nothing on the top bun and put everything on the bottom what a freaking mess
In short, this location should just close and put customers out of their misery. Best argument against $15 hour you will find.
