I love sarku japan. Food is good, and there this cute guy name jacob. He is so amazing and just good looking. Love when he cooks my food. My apologies for misspell words. I was in a hurry. But such a great place to goto and if you see Jacob. White guy with blondish hair. You will love it when he cooks.
Disappointed in the burnt mess delivered to me today. First and last time ordering
I want to start by saying that I really enjoy Hibachi, but I've had mixed experiences at local restaurants. A woman from my gym recommended this place, so we decided to give it a shot. First off, I liked the containers—very nice and reusable! Unfortunately, the meat was overcooked and extremely chewy; steak shouldn't be that tough. The shrimp also came out overcooked and chewy. The food lacked flavor, and the vegetables were disappointing, which is surprising because we love our veggies! Ironically, the fried rice was quite bland and not enjoyable at all. We were given teriyaki sauce, but even that couldn’t mask the taste. I'm not sure if it was just an off night, if they ran out of seasonings, or if they had a new cook, but overall, it just wasn’t good. We definitely won’t be ordering from here again.
I visited this restaurant and was quite disappointed with my experience. After I paid, the cook completely bypassed my order and attended to everyone else's. I sat there waiting, unaware that I needed to be standing by the counter to communicate what I wanted. Eventually, I had to approach him twice to remind him that he had skipped my order. Once he finally made my food, I pointed out to him, when things were quiet, that I wasn't happy with how I was treated. His response was dismissive; he told me to just sit down and eat. The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming, and I would not recommend this place. The food wasn’t impressive either—the cabbage was dry, the tempura was also dry, and the sushi was subpar. I didn't want to escalate the situation, so I decided to leave. It’s disheartening to see a lack of respect for customers in this kind of establishment. I won’t be returning, and I advise others to think twice before going. On a positive note, the cashier was very kind and witnessed everything that happened; she even apologized for the ordeal.
