Waffle House - Douglasville

Always on point eggs perfect and short wait time for in person take out. Staff is always 'country kind ' and even strangers get called honey by the waitresses.

You have a traffic jam! No follow her with the staff. Y’all are great but you need direction nothing works here like it should! Waffle House is great! y’all need to step it up. You should be shamed right now. That should have been my first clue why we should have gone to another Waffle House!

The manager is just angry for no reason they messed up my order and while talking to the server the female manager with thin hair at top got upset about wanting hot eggs. She even asked me to fight her about it she seems really unhappy and unhinged.

I can’t eat and look at staff with attitudes in front of customers. Feeding off of energy is a real thing and Ashley is really negative. Yes she works hard but she’s rude and I don’t like it. There are also too many people in the kitchen. Work on the customer service and waffle house pay your employees for!!!!

Great place clean .. works go above and. Beyond... cooks clean .. and thr young man working as server did a great job
