Bidra med feedbackThe food was pretty good, and the fries were served hot. I'm not sure if they need to hire more staff, but the line to place an order took a while. They could definitely use a fly swatter, as I counted at least 20 flies buzzing around while I was trying to enjoy my lunch.
The food is excellent, but they have had some issues with getting my orders right. I've experienced mistakes three times: I ordered bacon but received sausage, I asked for two sandwiches and ended up with three, and I ordered Dr. Pepper but got Coke instead. However, they always make it right in the end.
I hadn't been to a Wendy's in a while, but since my son had classes nearby, we decided to stop in for lunch. Unfortunately, the food was not warm at all.
While traveling on I-20, we made a stop here for a quick meal.
I found the food to be fresh, and my order was prepared correctly. There was a bit of a wait because the inside was closed, which seems to be a common trend among many fast-food restaurants at the moment—hopefully, that will change soon. I placed my order using the mobile app, and the person at the drive-thru speaker confirmed the order and instructed us to go to the window. However, when we arrived at the window, the employee seemed clueless about what I was referring to. I’m not sure how that happened. Overall, though, it was a good experience.
