Ordered a takeaway from here 18.20, phoned them back at 19.20 as good hadn't arrived, they said the food was leaving the shop then (it's kes than half a mile away) phoned back at 19.40 and told the food was actually leaving then, women on the phone was terribly rude and didn't apologise at all. We were refused free delivery on an order for 25 quid (we are 2 miles from shop)because we're in the wrong 3 mile limit! 3 miles is 3 miles...but not if you order here. Extremely aggressive when we raised the issue so went elsewhere and got free delivery . I think their advertising material is dishonest. Thoroughly enjoyed my meal from another establishment and they were so friendly.

I've had food deliveries from Yummy for 4 years with good service until tonight. With our usual order of over £20 we normally receive prawn crackers and fortune cookies. My disabled grandson particularily enjoys the fortune cookies. Tonight the order came without the fortune cookies When I rang I was told it was either prawn crackers or fortune cookies and I should have made my choice clear when I ordered. The leaflet that was put through my door did not say that and nor was I asked when I ordered. If I had been I would have ordered fortune cookies as neither of us eat prawn crackers. This ruined the meal for my grandson for whom the high point is opening the fortune cookies. A waste of £21.10. I won't be going here again and I'm contacting Kent Trading Standards on Monday about their misleading advertising.
