The manager of this franchise should have his mouth washed out with soap find himself a new job where he doesn't deal with the public. He raised his tone to an elderly woman about not being able to use the bathroom, when her husband said something to himabout raising his voice ,He then called the police on the elders ..Shame on you the franchise owners for allowing suchdisrespect to the patrons. .I wish your parents could have heard you disrespect those people the way you did. Shame ,shame ,

Donuts were good, plenty to pick from Yeah. However, my Large Hot Cocoa when I opened the lid was more like a small . Most of the large cup was whipped creme. Felt cheated on that deal

I waited four minutes for two iced coffees while the manager and an employee chatted about their tips. After asking about my coffee, I was told that gas isn't cheap, to which I pointed out that maybe they shouldn’t leave their car running. I suggested that they should focus on their work instead of discussing tips during business hours. As a DoorDash driver, I'm paid to deliver, not to wait while they have their conversation.

I had a disappointing experience with your new staff member (a tall lady) who was quite rude to women. Until this issue is addressed and she stops lecturing customers about coffee flavors and how to order, I will be taking my business elsewhere! The service was also quite slow.

The staff was friendly and the service was excellent. They opened at 4:00 in the morning, which was very convenient. The atmosphere was so enjoyable that I almost didn't want to leave. The coffee was brewed just right, and I also received a new cup! Thank you!
